Black Rock Municipal 2018 Term Trust The Fund is a newly organized, diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's objective will be to provide current income exempt from Federal and/or California income taxes and return $15 per common share on or about 12/31/18. Management will invest at least 90% of its nest assets in investment grade quality municipal bonds, including bonds not rated but judged to be investment grade quality bonds by the Fund's management. The Fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in municipal bonds that are Ba/BB or B or that are unrated but judged to be of comparable quality by the Fund's portfolio manager.
